nra-co-lab is excited to be appointed the Design Architect to work with Pointcorp on their latest project located on 40 Maxwell Street in New Farm. This site is an ideal location for a new boutique apartment development with prime block slopes from the north towards the river providing a naturally elevated platform leading to views over the Brisbane River and adjacent Kangaroo Point. The building will utilise the near north south orientation to maximise natural light and sunlit balconies for residents. The Maxwell has been completed in collaboration with Marc & Co designing the interiors and Render House completing the renders for marketing purposes.
This unit block will consist of 17 luxury apartments boasting a mixture of two bedroom, three bedroom and three bedroom plus study or MPR apartments situated over 5 levels. Naturally, the complex will boast a roof top pool, associated landscape areas, lift access and 2 basement levels for car parking. Construction for the apartments will begin in March 2016 and due for completion in early 2017.
The building’s exterior will provide an attractive, modern and engaging design that will be timeless. The internal layout of the apartments has been designed to maximise living enjoyment with functional open plan living areas leading to balconies, perfect for the Brisbane lifestyle. The interiors of each apartment will be made up of finely selected materials and finished in keeping with Pointcorp’s recent developments.
